Located in the old Adana city and surrounded by historic public buildings, the project site includes an old stone building and an annex block. The main building dates from the early twentieth century was originally used as a police school, then as a security forces building.

It will be restored and reused as a boutique hotel. The annex building will be restructured in order to be mainly used for public spaces of the complex. The light and transparent skin which envelopes it reflects the massive façade of the main building.
