This project aims to revitalize and modernize the social and economical life of Podgorica, the capital of the young Republic of Montenegro. Various activities are planned in different parts of the complex. These range from popular selling units of the covered bazaar area to fashionable stores of the shopping mall, from recreational and entertainment units to the luxury business hotel. All are organized around a central piazza, a focal point which soon became a public activity area of the city. Rallies and concerts take place there.
