The Project is located on the northern coast of Bodrum Peninsula (see map) on the southwest Aegean coast of Turkey. Bodrum has become an international tourism destination and has come to be known as the “Turkish Riviera”. 

The project overlooks the beautiful bay of Gündoğan and covers a land area of approximately 24.000 sq. meters gently sloping towards the sea. Zoning regulations and the use concept envisages approximately 9.500 sq. meters of closed construction area.
