The Maçka C Penthouse features many special architectural details and custom-made fixtures, such as a glass-bottomed rooftop swimming pool, an elliptical glass-and-steel spiral staircase, large motorized guillotine windows, and a vertical LED video wall. It also houses an extensive art collection featuring works by renowned artists such as Jaume Plensa and Tom Friedman.

The designs of the project spaces, which include a large reception hall with 8-meter-high ceilings, guest rooms, and various themed areas, were specifically shaped around the art collection housed within. The building’s extensive open spaces were also designed within the same thematic framework.
